3. Before shipping back, please email us firstly for the return label. We have all rights to refuse the package if you send it back without our permission. After having this install in for a month I can confirm that this is great hair! You definitely have to maintenance it every 3-4 days to avoid matting. However hair recover well if properly cared for. Will definitely purchase again! Shout out to Caryn Prince for the install tutorial

I’ve been getting miracle knots since January - I had this hair and hadn’t used it yet - so I pulled it out closet and the hair is so soft and it does not tangle. I have taken the hair down 3 times already and put it back in and the hair still looks like it came out the pack.
