2.Please email or text us with photos of the goods for our reference.

3. Before shipping back, please email us firstly for the return label. We have all rights to refuse the package if you send it back without our permission. The provided return label is valid only for shipments within the United States. For non-US customers, we will reimburse your shipping fee based on your shipping receipt accordingly.

I absolutely love it! The curls are incredibly soft and beautiful, just as I hoped they would be. The length is exactly as described, and the hair doesnt tangle at all. Ive been wanting to try some boho braids, and these bundles are just perfect for that. They are not only soft and full but also free from any unpleasant odors.
