1.Email info@eayonhair.com or send a text to +1(626)861-3531 within 30 days to make an application of return. Emails received after the 30 days will not be taken into consideration. We will send a reply email within 24 hours.

2.Please email or text us with photos of the goods for our reference.

3. Before shipping back, please email us firstly for the return label. We have all rights to refuse the package if you send it back without our permission. The provided return label is valid only for shipments within the United States. For non-US customers, we will reimburse your shipping fee based on your shipping receipt accordingly.

Best hair I have ever bought

So soft and does not tangle. I really like this hair I got the 16 in and it's true to live. I like the shine of the hair and the color is bold as well. Didn't notice much of a smell. I guess because I wash it anyway I don't check it but I wanted to at least mention that this hair did not have much of a smell to it. The cost for the braiding hair is minimal compared to what I received. After all it is human hair and I did test to make sure. I will purchase from the seller again as the product is quality and the description matches what I received.

Skinny bundles but hair is good

This hair is Beautiful & wonderful..It was very easy to installn it's soft, it had minimal shedding, it does not tangle and no smell...These pictures were just taken 2 days ago. I've had it in since the beginning of August and it's still soft..I will be taking it down next week... I will wash and condition and use it again..I am totally impressed.. I am a novest braider...I highly recommend it
