We use USPS, DHL, or FedEx for most shipments. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please ensure your email address is correct. SHIPPING FEES

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS/SAPERATE DELIVERY
If your order contains multiple items and one (or more) of them is out of stock, we may ship them to you separately. Secondly, we will contact you about the out of stock item to arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

Return Processing

3. Before shipping back, please email us firstly for the return label. We have all rights to refuse the package if you send it back without our permission. The provided return label is valid only for shipments within the United States. For non-US customers, we will reimburse your shipping fee based on your shipping receipt accordingly.
