Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
The delivery time is calculated as the order processing/handling time plus shipping transit time. Our standard processing time for bulk Human Braiding Hair is 1 to 3 business days. However, microlinks, tape-ins, wigs, and similar items may require 6 to 8 business days for processing. Additional processing time is needed for colored hair.
Most orders are shipped directly from our factory in China via DHL Express or FedEx. And once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.
GENERAL INFORMATION
To ensure timely delivery, please ensure your address is accurate and includes all necessary information. We cannot be held responsible for lost or misdelivered shipments due to incorrect address details provided at the time of purchase.
We offer worldwide shipping with free shipping available to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and most European countries. Shipping costs for other destinations will be displayed at checkout.
For deliveries to PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses, please note that delivery may take up to 2 weeks. We recommend providing a physical address for faster delivery.
For international shipments, the consignee/buyer is responsible for importing the goods and paying any taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price.

We use USPS, DHL, or FedEx for most shipments. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please ensure your email address is correct. If you don't receive a tracking number within 7 business days, please contact us at info@eayonhair.com and include your order number.
DISCLAIMER
While we strive for timely delivery, please understand that external factors such as weather conditions, traffic, or increased shipment volumes may cause delays beyond our control. We recommend placing orders well in advance, especially for time-sensitive appointments like hair appointments.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse delivery of a shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to us.
DELIVERY CLAIMS
If you experience non-delivery or receive tracking information indicating delivery when you haven't received your package, please contact us within 7 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue. Claims may take up to 30 days to process.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS/SAPERATE DELIVERY
If your order contains multiple items and one (or more) of them is out of stock, we may ship them to you separately. Secondly, we will contact you about the out of stock item to arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
Order Returns
We gladly facilitate exchanges and returns of unused hair within 30 days of receipt.
Return Processing
1.Email info@eayonhair.com or send a text to +1(626)861-3531 within 30 days to make an application of return. Emails received after the 30 days will not be taken into consideration. We will send a reply email within 24 hours.
2.Please email or text us with photos of the goods for our reference.
3. Before shipping back, please email us firstly for the return label. We have all rights to refuse the package if you send it back without our permission. The provided return label is valid only for shipments within the United States. For non-US customers, we will reimburse your shipping fee based on your shipping receipt accordingly.
Order Cancellation and Change
For any order cancellation and change, we can freely help cancelling your order and changing your order details ONLY if you could contact us within 24 hours after you placing your order. And an extra charge will be necessary if you want to do some possible changes when your order is already under processing. Shipped orders can not be cancelled or changed.
